Huntington Suzuki School

Immerse yourself in music, just as you would with a new language.

The Suzuki Method at Huntington Center for Performing Arts offers a comprehensive program for ages 3 and up, based on the teachings of Shinichi Suzuki. The program combines one-on-one private lessons with group classes, emphasizing parent involvement and a nurturing, ensemble-based learning environment.

We also offer traditional private lessons in voice, violin, viola, piano, and cello for students of all levels. Experienced faculty members provide instruction for New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) preparation and performance coaching.

All students will perform during our season concerts, also known as play-downs, where they will demonstrate their progress in both solo and group performance.
